Making A Change Performing Arts Company moved one step closer to the biggest dance battle in Philadelphia history.  Wednesday, October 13, 2011 MAC PAC sealed a deal to host "Dance Madness" 1 vs 1 Allstyle Hip Hop Dance Competitition at the Latvian Society of Phiadelphia on November 19, 2011 from 1pm to 7pm.
